Chico was am awesome person to work with in the service department. We ended up spending way more than we were originally told. More was wrong than they thought. However everything works good now. I was disappointed over the bill, but thankfully that the warranty covered much of the bill. If you go to Conklin ask for Chico. He made our experience so much better.

Sales team was excellent! Lady’s greeting us and getting us water were so friendly. Finance department was fast, efficient, and personable. Great experience as always. Fifth car we have bought from them. We will be sure to go to Conklins for future car purchases.

I made an appointment for a recall notice, oil change and tire rotation. The person told me they would have to order a part for the recall and said it would take a week to come in so set my appointment for a week out. She asked when I wanted to bring it in and I told her Thursdays worked for me. I showed up today (4-4) and was told my appointment was yesterday. I told them I specifically asked for Thursday as Wednesdays don't work for me. I told them I was told the part needed for the recall would take a week to come in and the service writer laughed. He said it was merely a visual inspection. When I came back for my car and they told me what they had done I questioned them about the tire rotation they said they hadn't done it. They said the order must have gotten lost in the shuffle...sorry about that. I'm not the least bit impressed with the service I received.

They did a great job with the maintenance of my car. I’m a very busy mom & teacher, so it means a lot that they go above and beyond by coming to my school to pick up my car and deliver it when they’re finished. No hassle for me!

Conklin put on a part that will not allow the vehicle to be properly aligned. Confronted them the day of repair and was dismissed. Had two different alignment shop say that the wrong parts were installed. They still refuse to make it right. Avoid Conklin Honda repair in Hutchinson. They will take your money and not fix it properly. I have the receipts for my proof. And the proof from the other alignment shops.
