Kelly made buying a car an enjoyable experience. She's a great salesperson who is not a typical fast talking salesperson.

Alvin was great to work with on the purchase of my 2015 GMC. It first started over the phone with Alvin answering many questions. He was able to get the price I wanted before making the drive to look at it. Mechanics hadn't even looked at it, the Terrain hadn't even made it to the lot. I wanted it, I came home and waited a few days for the car was ready for me. In the mean time, Alvin continued to answer questions. My wife drove to pick it up a few days later. The purchase was painless, I highly recommend Alvin for your next auto purchase.

The staff is so helpful & nice. My only issue was my vehicle, which was purchased in May of 2022 somehow got put in my nephew's newly purchased vehicle account information.

The customer service and level of professionalism we received from the Conklin GMC Hutchinson Service Department is one of the reasons we schedule our routine service traveling from out of the state when visiting family.
