They were we wonderful.bI did not do business with them. They let me park my car while I had a rental from Enterprise next door.

Seriously, do not go here. They try to charge for excessive fees like, “shop towels”. Not the most affordable place and not very professional either.

Not how I’d run an auto body shop. My back bumper was hit and left in the parking lot last fall. Not a hard fix, didn’t affect drive at all. I was convinced to get it worked on instead of attempting it myself. Took me about 6 months just to get an appointment, as it was rescheduled once. All in all, they added about $1500 than what was originally estimated, mostly due to “labor.” Conveniently, this was about the same time my insurance company confirmed I’d only have to pay the deductible. Weird. I needed my car about 10 days after I turned it in, they said they’d likely be able to get it done, then didn’t. Every day I’d call and id had apparently “just missed” the technician to give me a more accurate timeline one when they would finishing. Ended up getting my car two weeks after turning it in feeling both taken for a ride and inconveniently strung out, left with higher insurance rates and likely the most overpriced back bumper this side of the Mississippi.

I had a situation to where my Jeep went into a curb and caused damage. I had to do an insurance claim regarding repairs for my vehicle. I choose Briggs Auto Body because it was a Shop my insurance does business with, they had good review stars and it was the closest to my apartment. I had my vehicle towed there. My Jeep was in the shop from October 30th 2023 until about the middle of January 2024. Just about 2 and a half months. I never once received a phone call from the repair shop nor my claims adjuster regarding my vehicle, I always had to call one of them to get an update of the status. Only phone call I got was it was finally time to pick up my car. Every time I called Briggs I was always told that they had to order another part and waiting for the part to come in, or that they couldn't give me an exact update at the moment. I promise you I heard a new part had to be ordered at least 5-7 times, or I heard at least 3 times that their alignment rack wasn't working which was needed for my vehicle. I was very patient through the process even though I was very frustrated. I finally realized that I needed to ask for Sarah when I called in, because she was would at least give me a reasonable status of my vehicle and she was very nice. She is the reason I'm at least giving this 2 stars. I just think the whole communication process was very poor on their end, and that at least to me there shouldn't of been a reason to keep my vehicle for almost 3 months. I have dealt with other body/repair shops and have never had an experience like this with anyone else.

Brought my car in for body work 9/13. It sat in their lot without work being done. Took it home and brought it back beginning of October after they guaranteed me the part was in. I still don't have my car and it is 11/8. Terrible service, rude and condescending personnel. They have never called to give me status of my car. I continue calling and never get correct information.

Nope. This is not how you run a car repair business. Why would you let somebody set an appointment weeks ahead of time, and then tell them once they got there that you were going to keep their car for three weeks? I know I don’t understand everything from your side, but the way you did this to my mom today was ridiculous. You don’t leave an 82-year-old little lady without a car for three weeks with cold weather coming on. If you needed information about the car in order to order parts and paint so you would be ready to work on the car the week that she brought it in, why didn’t you ask for that information so you’d be ready to start repairs at least this week? At the very worst, this would’ve been an entire bumper replacement. One part, ordered from the manufacturer, then painted the correct color, maybe 25 clips total on the thing? 45 minutes of work after paint, maximum? Seriously. If it was insurance holding you up rather than your inability to plan ahead, why would you not give someone the option to pay you a deposit ahead of time to get the parts, so that they could get the work done more expediently, then turn that receipt into their insurance company to get reimbursed? You’ve got to know that you are inconveniencing people and making their lives much more difficult by not having your act together when they expect you to. We ended up taking her car back and we’re going to take it somewhere else for this likely very minor cosmetic bumper repair. If what happened today turns out to have become standard procedure in car repair, I’m swear gonna learn how to do it myself, because this is absurd. I might just get her a bumper sticker and we’re done. I know you’ve probably got excuses as to why you said to her you were going to keep her car for three weeks, but I don’t want to hear them. Figure it out. Do better! I’m very glad that my generation made “Karen“ a verb.

Super fast service and the staff were super helpful and kind. Highly recommend using them especially if the insurance company is American Family Insurance.

They told my friend they couldn’t fix her car after she was threatened by the enterprise employee next door. You can’t threaten to physically harm someone and expect for them not to say anything back. That whole building is trash.

i had body work done on the front of my car last winter. When it got hot my a/c quit working and I noticed the ambient temp showed -40. Come to find out the sensor and harness was left out of the area where they did the body work. On top of it all, there were a lot of hardware that was left loose. Not very happy with the work.
