I called ahead and scheduled a drop off time for my vehicle. As scheduled I dropped it off Saturday not expecting to get it back until the next day but they finished my vehicle the same day and that really showed me that they do go above and beyond with it being a part of there regular routine !!!

I've always gotten good service at Firestone, though they can a bit on the pricey side. But then, so is everyone else these days.

No alignment because they "couldn't do it" on a standard size 4 door sedan, quick, friendly, good service otherwise
