Attempted to get some kind of quote for regular maintenance on my vehicle. With no warning the website slotted me in for an appointment that I never agreed to. I refuse to take my car somewhere that won't tell me some kind of price beforehand. It's 2024, not 1924. There is absolutely no reason that I should have pick up a phone to verbally speak with a person for a standard maintenance before arriving for service. The way this was handled screams of incompetence.

Went in for tire rotation, alignment, & oil change. Dropped off was called a few hours later. Not the call expected, but was glad and happy with call. Found out tires I purchased last year weren’t going to make the lifetime of tire. With alignments and rotations upkept, they got me a new set of 4 tires for a warranty price. Had in stock and were able to get on and car back same day. Tim was good to deal with and I’ve been to this location before and best service I’ve experienced in Firestone in a long time! The young man as well was great to deal with easy ring out. Will be back to this location for further services
Thanks to Tim Rogers for the honest repair of my car. Thanks to my friends, I learned about such a good auto repair shop. They met me at the highest level, explained everything in detail, and fixed my problem in a short time. I recommend it to everyone with great confidence that these guys will help you solve the problem, and most importantly, everything is honest and without deception

Easy to get an appointment. Mike is easy to work with and explains everything you need. They were quick getting my oil change done. Less than 30 minutes.
