I went to Kansasland for a truck battery. They had it. They took the old one out and put the new in. Very efficient.

After my initial visit that did not go very well, the manager reached out to me and apologized. We discussed what I still wanted to have done to my vehicle and he asked for me to bring it in so that he could make it right. He and his team did a great job! Based on my second visit I would recommend Kansas Tire.

This was a drop off and had until the end of day. Not sure why the customer was so upset after one hour. The store manager called and left you a voicemail, please reach out to him at your earliest convenience.

Went to take my sedan for an alignment and they called back saying I need new ball joints and bearings ($1,100) before they did an alignment. What they didn’t know was the ball joints and bearings were just replaced not even a year ago by a different company. (Have receipt). Went and picked my car and took it to 2 other trusted mechanic shop and dealer to verify there was nothing wrong with the ball joints. My dealer said that all it needed was a precise wheel balancing which they performed and charged me only $60. The car runs great now. Needless to say they were just trying to throw parts at it to earn more money. Do not recommend going to kansasland because they will sell you something you don’t even need. Called to let them know about the situation and they tried denying that they wouldn’t do something like that but obviously they did. Be aware of these guys!!
