I had my oil changed and tires rotated. I waited in their waiting area while they performed the services. I only waited an hour for all of the work to be completed. I was comfortable and treated courteously. I love how they let me know when extra services are about to be needed so that I can budget for the extra expense and set an appointment that is convenient to me.

Went to take my truck for an alignment and they called back saying I need new ball joints ($800) before they did an alignment. What they didn’t know was the ball joints were just replaced not even a year ago by a different company. (Have receipt). Went and picked my truck up and took it to 2 other trusted mechanic shops to verify there was nothing wrong with the ball joints. Needless to say they were just trying to throw parts at it to earn more money. Do not recommend going to kansasland because they will sell you something you don’t even need. Called to let them know about the situation and they tried denying that they wouldn’t do something like that but obviously they did.
