I can only speak to the high quality of service that Wade provided us. Wade has been our agent several times. Sold two homes and bought one. He told us what was necessary for us to do to get top dollar for our homes, and then sold for over asking both times. When looking for a home, he listened to what we wanted and came up with terrific homes to look at. If you think you can scope everything out yourself, on Zillow, believe me, you can't. He was adamant that we find the right home for us. Pointing out problems with homes that I missed. He wasn't just out to make a quick sale and move on to the next person. Wade will go out of his way, above and beyond the expected, to help you. I had a question about lot lines on the house we purchased. He borrowed a metal detector and went out and found the marker stakes. This on a day that the windchill was 15 degrees below zero! If you want a Realtor that you can trust, is dependable, knowledgeable, and gets results, Wade is your guy.

If you're buying from them, DO NOT trust their agents. A selling agent from this business told my wife and I that our offer had been accepted. Then, after signing but not sending in the paperwork, the agent told us that a new offer had come in - two hours after ours had supposedly been accepted - and now we had to counter. The mysterious written offer was for way over asking, too. So be aware that they may lie to you. I know it wasn't technicaly illegal, but it's proof that their word cannot be trusted. Be wary if you're buying from one of their agents.
