Aug 10, 2022Thanks, David. What could we have improved upon to earn a 5th star?
We informed the agentJennifer Emmett, that we were still in Texas, trying to find a place in Nebraska, close to our son and was looking at a place in Gresham. We informed her that my husband was a cancer patient and I am a double amoutee, confined to a wheelchair. She took advantage of us any and all ways possible. An inspector, don't know who, said our basement walls needed repair. Not true. All walls needed replaced. At 20k per wall, that's not cheap. There was no paperwork given us. We had a warranty, but no paperwork. She refuses to give us any and all paperwork. In my opinion, this is a poor excuse of an agent. She lied to us, she misrepresented this house to us. Many disclosures were not given. And she knows it's hard to find a lawyer to sue her. But if we could, we'd do it. I will never recommend her or her agency to anyone.
Great real estate agent 😊

Aug 10, 2021Thank you, Guy. We appreciate the kind review. What could we have done better to earn that 5th star?
If your looking for a Realtor I highly suggest Ian Bridge. This guy went above and beyond in our buying experience. He mad the process from start to finish stress free. He listed to our wants and needs and found us our dream house after looking at probably 20 houses and was never pushy once he made the closing aspect so easy and always kept us in the loop and would even just check on us. If we had a question day or night he was so fast at replying answer. And even after every thing is settled he still a checks on us to make sure everything is going great and if we have any questions. Seriously if your looking for a stress free buying experience go talk to Ian!!!!!
