Nothing worse than buying a home in a new town, you don't know where anything is, and what would be most convenient. But Modern Real Estate made it so easy!! Not only did he clue us in on where the hot spots are, he showed us everything!! He made us so welcome, it's now going to be a pleasure to move!! Never had so much help!!
