Anthony Ybarra first engaged with us in April of 2022. We contacted him thru a Nebraska Realty web site. We were supposed to move in 6 to 8 weeks. The sale of our commercial property delayed our move for 5 months. Anthony patiently called us every 3 to 4 weeks without complaint or impatience. When we closed and made it to Lincoln he met with us and found us a great home. He places his customers first, he is very knowlegeable of the market and had good intuition with us. We moved from Denver, Colorado, to Bennet Nebraska and Ashlee Schmehl did an amazing job going above and beyond helping me and my wife find our new house. Between listening to what we where interested in and what was available, she was able to guide us in the right path to find a house that we both loved! There where alot of questions we had along the way, and if she didn't know the answer right away, she made sure to find the right answers so that we where always informed and or updated.
