We worked with Eric Bibbins for our first home buying process and he was a god sent! From each and every phone call early morning or late night and my 500 questions Eric was on top of it all, he made the process very smooth for us and made sure we understood every step. Ashlee Schmehl Was wonderful to work with. We had lots of problems with the selling party but Ashlee and here amazing team helped us with every step and made sure we understood everything going into this process I would recommend Ashlee to anyone looking to buy a new place

Eric is amazing. We walked in, explained our situation and what we were looking for. We never felt pressured or dumb for asking questions. And had no problem showing us 5 houses in one evening. From first meeting to closing, Eric was there with a big smile and explained how happy he was for us. And we love the, "Welcome Home" sign

Charlie helped us find our home in Lincoln. He consistently had a positive attitude and answered all of our questions. He was excited to show us houses and didn't stop until we found the perfect fit! Charlie also had great contacts for us when it came time for inspection, repairs, or anything we needed. I would 100% recommend Charlie, and will absolutely be using him in the future.

Anthony Ybarra assisted me in selling my house in Avoca Nebraska this past Sept/Oct. I've never sold a house before and didn't know where to start. I was anxious. He helped walk me through this process and made it not so stressful. He was able to sell my house with the first offer I had! When I decide to buy again I will call Anthony for his assistance.
