I hired BJ and his staff to do a 'Seller to Buyer' transaction on my rental property, and I am VERY glad I did! The sale went very smoothly, BJ and Ashley kept me updated on everything regarding the sale, which greatly eased my mind as I have never did a transaction like this before. 5 Stars for communication, 5 Stars for a smooth and painless transaction, 5 Stars for my overall experience. Cannot recommend them both enough!!!!

Wow! Where do I start? Our time with Burrow Tracts Real Estate goes back to finding our first home just about 5 years ago. BJ Burrows helped us find our first home, after countless showings anyway! Fast forward to now.....BJ has expanded and has new territory all over! We were excited to start our search for our forever home on an acreage. Needless to say, it was hard to come by. BJ did not give up on us...he helped us search for nearly 9 months until we found the PERFECT match. It literally had EVERYTHING we wanted. BJ and everyone at the office and everyone involved in our process (Kim, Ashely, and Justin Davison from Gershman Mortgage) could not have made the process less stressful. By the end of the process, the pandemic hit, stress was high, but nothing stopped us and we never ever felt uncomfortable knowing we had Burrows Tracts Real Estate on our side. The team is highly professional, laid back, easy to talk to, honest, hard working, and will get the job done. Look no further...this is your brokerage!! I would recommend Debbie Johansen to anyone ready to buy or even just looking to buy a home. Debbie answered all of our questions throughout the entire process. She sat down with us and explained timelines, fee's, and expectations so we weren't surprised when something came up. She made the stressful process of buying a home less stressful! Thank you!!
