Kim Kreifels at Burrows is simply THE BEST! We never felt pressured a single minute; and the thing we loved most about her is that she allows you to take your time. We've dealt with realtors that follow you around & don't give you the room you need to make sure you are making the right decision for you. That's not Kim. She's extremely knowledgeable; if you have any questions-she will go the distance to get you an answer, (that is, if she doesn't already know it) I can not recommend her any higher. For my partner and I, Kim was a perfect match. 5 Star+ Genuinely a great realtor, as well as, just a wonderful person!

Nothing less than total professionalism. Knew BJ was the choice for a realtor before mom passed. There was never any pressure. He and his staff are totally awesome. This is hands-down the best realtor around. They are working hard for you from the minute you call them. My Mother-in-law's house had been previously listed with another company for WAY too much money. There were no showings and the inconvenience of being out of her house for the open houses that didn't produce any leads. She wanted to list it again, and I told her we needed to try someone else. So I called Burrows Tracts. With-in the same week, he looked the house, gave us a reasonable value for it and even had an "outside of the box" idea. That idea turned into a sale. From the initial phone call to the offer acceptance we were definitely under a month's time. The whole process was seamless! From the emailed documents to sign to the quick texts for info, it was smooth as silk. This was our first dealings with realtors, but I have to say that they set the bar high. If you want to waste your time, call someone else. If you want results, call the team at Burrows Tracts Real Estate. They will get it done! My MIL also found and closed on her new home in less than a month later, thanks to Kurt for all of his assistance, extra driving and going above and beyond with support and knowledge.
