Where do I even begin with Tessa? She is not only an amazing woman, but she is amazing at what she provides as an agent. We are first time home buyers and thought that the home buying process was supposed to be stressful and hard. Which sometimes unfortunately with some realtors, it can be. But I swear my husband and I have never asked each other “why is this so easy?” so much in our entire lives. Through every step of this entire process she has treated us like family. She has answered every text within minutes and every phone call right then and there. She has checked our house up and down to make sure everything is perfect for us and made note of anything she saw to the builder even in the final walk through. Absolutely amazing professional. Truly cares for what you want and will work tirelessly to get you it. As I first time home buyer I had heard the horror stories that some realtors only care about their bottom line and what they get out of the deal. With Tessa she disproved all concerns and worries. From find the home, to the in depth virtual walk throughs. I had the up most dusty in her abilities when looking through the homes. She spared no detail with her vast in-depth knowledge. Made sure to make us aware of potential issues or concerns. She truly is a gem of a person to work with. My only complaint is that I’m not in the market for another property so I could work with her again. Rest assured if that time comes up she will be the only realtor that I will call for assistance.
