Tried working with her in buying a house, when i was told the house i was looking at took an offer i asked what my next options would be and i never got a response. That house sold three weeks after the offer went in for $5000 under asking, i was ready and able to put in a counter offer well above that amount but was never given the opportunity. I tried reaching out to the agent listed on the house and never received a response from them either.

Aug 16, 2022I'm sorry that this happened. I've looked through all of my texts, apps, and buyer info & can't find your name. Since I have no way to reach you I will respond here: If a seller has accepted an offer there really isn't anything that you can do. If that was my initial reply then the listing agent didn't indicate that the seller was willing to accept backup offers. I'm sorry this deal didn't work out for you. I'd love the opportunity to discuss the situation further, so I can determine which house it was, explain it to you in specific detail, and determine if my lack of reply was due to an oversight on my part or a malfunction of my phone. Karen was such a great help to us as we were buying our first ever home. She made sure that everything was as quick and easy as possible, and helped us to get things done that we didn’t even think about. If and/or when we go to sell our house and buy another, we’d happily go through her again.

Karen Denner is the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. She ensured she met all our expectations from school zone to house preferences.
