I recently hired Nancy she dont pick up her phone ripped our carpet an said grand daughter would put done once I signed she dont pick up call or respond an she had a special needs person come to help her he tore door down she didn't fix how the hello do I het away from her she's wanting 6% fir what I did it all

RUN FROM THIS AGENT. Worst experience we've ever had. We loved the buyer. Hated the real estate agent. Changed this review several times to pacify her so that the deal could get done. Never want to hear from her again. JUST OUR OPINION and PERSPECTIVE. Use your own judgement. AND, never sign immediately or agree to any stipulations until after appraisal. VA does not require block skirting. Only city, county or state has those requirements.

I posted this review previously but apparently she changed something because my original review is now listed on just her name and not the company. I chose a realtor back in July of 2020. My experience with the realtor was very poor. She delayed the selling of my house because of her bad business practices. She missed out on numerous possible buyers because she never answered her phone. Weeks would go by when we couldn't even get her on the phone. So we had no way of knowing what was going on, if she was even showing our house. Once we had a contract we could never reach her to know what was going on with the contract, what the status was. She almost messed up the closing when we finally did get a buyer because the closing company was unable to reach her. They ended up contacting me and having me get messages to her. We tried to fire this realtor back in September and she absolutely refused to stop showing our house. We ended up allowing her to continue as our realtor for 2 more weeks and in that time she showed up with a buyer. She misled us on that buyer so that we had to keep extending the contract because of her poor communication skills and her inability to ensure that deadlines were met. She is completely unprofessional and cost us thousands of dollars because of missed buyers and delays that should have been avoided and other issues. She knew that we were trying to sell our house quickly, she knew exactly what kind of buyer we were looking for but she went against what we asked many times. She did everything the opposite of what we asked and put us in a financial bind so we had to go ahead and take a lower offer so that we came away with nothing from our house. The realtor's name is Nancy Nalley. She is unprofessional. She did things improperly multiple times. I would like to make sure that this does not go unoticed. She is hurting people financially with her bad practices.
