Before the house was on the market, there were many repairs that had to be done and Janet got bids for the work and scheduled the jobs to be done. The house was on the market for two days she got a contract on it. My brother is 100 percent disabled and had to come live with me in Missouri so Janet's work was greatly appreciated.
