Mr. Mark Haynes was great. He kept us informed on everything and really made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. We highly recommend!
I would never recommend to either a buyer or seller.
Definitely not one to recommend. Bruce Reeves from Gold Star was the seller's agent and it was terrible to attempt to work with him. Our agent asked for utility bills for reference....never received. Our agent asked him to contact the seller in regards to items in the home - he never did. (We talked to the seller's directly instead after we searched for their information.) Agent did not inform sellers to bring the money to closing in lieu of repairs until our agent reminded him to do so - which he did after the fact. Agent never even bothered to show up to closing. Thankfully our agent was sweet enough to do his job for him. Come to find out when talking to the seller's after closing they had WAY more problems than we did. Tell me again why he is even receiving a commission?!
