Lived there for two years. Never once had a single issue. Tim Asher, the property manager, was ALWAYS helpful and responsive any time I had a problem. Very understanding and fair. When moving out, he went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed to clear the apartment. And the best part, he actually sent me the rest of my deposit the very next month in the mail. Before gold city, I’ve lived in apartments with horribly complicated leases, horrible nickel and dime Maintenence, and unforgivably greedy landlord who returned none of my deposits. We rented a beautiful home through Gold City Realty and our property manager was Nancy Hubert. She is fantastic at communicating! We had an issue right after we moved in. I sent her a message through the tenant portal and she responded within a few minutes! The repair company was at the house the following day. I highly recommend Nancy for ALL of your rental needs!
