Nancy was our property manager from 2018-2022 and she was incredible! She was always available to help our tenants and us with anything. She made sure our house was in top condition after every move out and that anything that needed to be fixed was promptly handled. She also went to bat for us with several situations involving property damage by others trees. Even better, she dealt with AHS when things needed repair. The stress taken off of us by hiring Nancy was incalculable and if you are in the market for a property manager definitely reach out to her. ETA: after we sold the house, I had to reach out to Nancy and she STILL was just as communicative and accommodating as when she managed our property. She’s one of the good ones.
