Used as Douglas as my realtor to sell my home. Was quickly sold and closed within a month and a half but overall poor communication and low effort work during the entire process (incorrect info on listing, cell phone pictures, never provided advice, etc). The only saving grace is Veronica who was extremely helpful throughout the process and handled all the paperwork.
Showed me exactly what I wanted to see. And got me to see houses within 24 hours of requesting. Answeres all my questions and works fast.
They are broke people and scam people
I rented a home from Doug for almost five years and never had a problem getting anything fixed and the communication was always on point too. Me and my husband have build a friendship with him and it was a really great experience he also helped me and my husband buy our amazing home as well so thank you Doug and the team of clinckenbeard for everything you guys have done it does really mean a lot and we will miss you guys. 😊
Robin is awesome. She has now helped us buy our 2nd home!
Only real complaint is after the contract Doug pretty much is done with you. Doesn't keep you up to date. Was a first time buyer and we were lost but on our own. Had to go through other people for information.
Great real-estate office. Mary Ashburn was so helpful finding the perfect home for me. She is such a hard worker, dedicated to her clients, and very honest. She is the BEST!!! So much so I am letting her sell my old house!!!
