Chris helped us by our first home. We looked at 6-7 houses before we found the one. He was available all different times to look, sometimes it was 8am sometimes it was 2pm. I worked with him for about a year and a half before we negotiated on our first potential house. We negotiated on two overall, but during the first negotiations my lender told me if I go with homebird realty, I would get around a 1,500$ discount on closing costs, so I made a call and talked to one of their people. Well I felt like a number and not a person for those two three phone calls. They didn’t check in with me, they didn’t ask what I was looking for, they just wanted me to call them when I was ready to make them money. I ended up not even using home bird and staying with Chris because he just plain did a great job with us. The experience to me was everything I wanted Chris to be the person with us closing on our first house. He’s a great resource to have because he’s friendly, knows the local lenders, the contractor’s, home inspectors, appraisers.. ect. Thanks for staying patient Chris, we got such a great deal on a house we love
