Carol was outstanding. She was extremely knowledgeable of the process of buying a home. She kept us up to date and always told us what to expect. She really took a lot of the stress out of the entire process. She went above and beyond. On closing day, I was disappointed to find that a portion of our privacy fence had fallen due to the weather. My husband was out of town and I had to move in with my dogs. She sent someone over to put my fence back up for me. I really appreciate everything she did for us!

Carol was an absolute doll to work with. We purchased our home from out of state without actually stepping foot in the house. Carol did a FaceTime walk through for us and was our eyes (and nose) in the home. With the time difference we had to have some conversations that were later in the evening. When we thanked her for her late night work her response was, “Of course, we have to get you a house :)”. We really appreciated that and didn’t feel like a burden to her. We felt like she genuinely cared about us and wanted to truly help us find a home.
