Pam and Katie were amazing, they made the whole home buying experience very easy to understand and walked us thru it step by step. I would recommend them over anyone and have already recommended them to some friends. Thank you guys!

The team at Waterstone is a first time home buyers dream! They helped us with programs and grants, were easy to get a hold of and always available. They explained everything in detail and in terms we could understand which made the process of buying our first home a breeze! I can't recommend them enough! Thank you guys so much!!!

The entire team at Waterstone Mortgage was a pleasure to work with during my home buying process from start to finish. I especially want to single out Pam Beattie as she was my direct contact officer. She did an exceptional job of following through with tasks and following up with me whenever I was required to complete tasks. Her organizational skills and expediency kept the process on track (ahead of schedule, actually) from day 1. Pam and her team definitely have their process down to a measured science. She/they come highly recommended as the choice you should be making when financing your home. For all of the “controllable” aspects of purchasing real estate, Pam Beattie and Waterstone Mortgage are second to none! AAA+

Pam, Caitlin, and Cassandra were am excited and were more than helpful from start to finish in every aspect, from understanding how things work to just being available anytime to answer questions and work with us on anything we needed.
