In general they are very good but a typo was made when ordering my replacement debit card, causing me to wait an additional two weeks for a second card to arrive. I have had several subscriptions cancel and I will have to pay late fees for some of them when I finally get my card. They are friendly staff and I understand that mistakes are bound to happen but this has been a huge and expensive inconvenience for me.

Every time I interact with anybody at VCCU they always greet with a warm smile and do everything they can for me and other clients. My experience with VCCU has been nothing short of comfortable and fluid.

My husband passed away recently and we had account with them. I have spent past two months trying my best to do all the things and paperwork with credit union, bank, his job and valley credit union promised to offer to help me with our joint account there but instead locked me out of accounts and screwed up my new health insurance, and other automatic monthly payments that came out of the accounts and made my lfe ALOT more miserable than already has been this year. Not very understanding people there at all, not helping and some plain outright rude😥💔

We inquired about a Travel Trailer loan with Angela Dinkins from the Stevens Point office and our expectations were absolutely exceeded. Not only are the rates and payment plans perfectly inline with what we were looking for, Angela processed the entire transaction in less than 72 hours! And.. she was so much fun to work with!
