She was so patient, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I was so thankful to have her hold our hand and walk us through what can be a stressful time, calming our fears and answering my millions of questions day and night. She would call me and explain any thing I asked thoroughly. She was so efficient and helpful, getting us great financing and great rates and we were able to get the first house we bid on thanks to my realtor and Kristen.
