Tom and Team were so helpful to us as first time home buyers! They made time for all of our questions and ensured we knew all we needed to for each step in the process! It made the whole home buying process easier.
We had a very positive experience working with Tom, Heather, and David for our mortgage. Everyone was very communicative about the steps in the process, and we appreciated that any questions we had were answered quickly (and sometimes off-hours). I've worked with Tom through two house purchases and would continue to do so in the future.
Working with Tom and his team (Heather & David) has been great! They made the process of buying our new home seamless, and were always quick to respond to any questions we had along the way. We would not hesitate to work with Tom again for any mortgage needs in the future!
If you are looking to buy a house, this is the team you need! Everything went so smoothly from finding a realtor to closing. We had no idea where to even start and we are so thankful we started with Tom and his team. 5 stars is not a high enough rating for how amazing this whole experience went for us and we owe it all to Tom and his amazing team!

Simply spectacular. I was so anxious about starting the home buying experience...until I met Tom. He offered his advise and contacts immediately from the start. What I appreciated the most was how quick he was to get me all of the information I needed. Tom and his team are absolutely the only ones you need to work with in order to buy a house. I highly recommend Tom and his team to help you with all of your home buying needs!
