I was very impressed when he responded to me the same day I contacted him and provided my with the option to reach out to him in whichever way worked best for me. When I very suddenly found out I needed to put an offer on my home, he quickly sorted out my pre-approval letter and sent it to me within a few minutes. This happened pretty late at night, about 8PM and it was such a relief when he called me as soon as I texted him about the situation. Any time I had a question about my options or needed clarification on something, they were quick, kind, and responsive. Heather's emails were very informative and helped me understand my next steps or action items they needed me to complete. She regularly called me to provide status updates as well. Dave was able to help me whenever I needed assistance or had questions about the underwriting process. The entire team is approachable and responsive no matter which way you contact them. They are available through phone, text, and email. Overall, they are extremely pleasant to work with, organized, and approchable. My realtor told me after she received a call from them that they were extremely nice. Her mentor also mentioned that he loves when his clients work with Tom. It sounds like in general, Tom and his team make the home-buying process very easy for everyone involved. They are truly an impressive team. From start to finish, I felt supported by them. Their knowledge and willingness to share that with me as I needed it really eased my worries and I am grateful. I would recommend them to all my friends and family! :)
