Brian and Cindy were always available and ready to answer any questions we had. Most importantly, as first time home buyers, they made us feel super comfortable every step along the way, and didn’t make us feel like we were ever burdening them with our questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better lender to work with for our first home!

We went to Brian Kludt at the suggestion and reccomendation of our realtor, a great friend of mine, Heather. We are so glad we did! Brian was extremely easy to deal with, very straightforward and genuinely honest. He sent us a very detailed video explaining the process, which was great! It allowed us to rewatch the video as questions came up, and answer some of our own questions. When we had additional questions and other needs, Brian even answered texts, calls, emails and questions afterhours and on weekends. The selling agent of the house we bought was ecstatic when she learned we had a pre-approval from Brian and Fairway, it gave them all the confidence they needed in our offer and closing. I believe this made the whole process so much easier. I would highly reccomend Brian and the Fairway team including Cindy to anyone looking for a pre-approval and mortgage.
