Diane Sundell was very helpful and responsive to any all questions that we asked her. She is very knowledgeable and good at her job. She takes the time to explain the benefits of each type of mortgage available to her clients. Diane exhibits a true caring quality towards her clients and does everything she can to take away any stress in applying and obtaining a mortgage that she can. I really enjoyed work with Justin during the loan process. He was able to assist me with every scenario that came up and easily walk me through the process explaining what was being asked for and why. I was working with an online company prior and the switch to a local agent was well worth it.
