We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Joan Jones. We initially started working with a different company for our mortgage and were not satisfied, so we got in touch with Joan. She exceeded our expectations and made the process incredibly easy! She answered all of our questions, got back to us promptly and was always available when we needed her- she truly went above and beyond for us! We highly recommend her and would work with her again in a heartbeat! Thank you Joan!
