We have used "John The Mortgage Guy" for our last 4 RE-FI... He has saved us not only Money , but time as well. He took care of everything. It was super easy, and very low stress. If you want to work with someone who knows the ins and outs of Mortgage John is the right Guy!!!

John was great to work with. He kept me informed during the entire process, keeping everything on track, answering my questions, letting me know what needed to be done, etc. Made everything painless.
John was great to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He walked through the entire process to make sure I understood all of the options available. I highly recommend John as someone you should work with if you are buying a home.
John made certain the mortgage process was completed without any problems. He directed which information we needed, compiled the information with his company and followed through all the way to closing. American Fidelity kept us up to date on the process and provided detailed closing information throughout the process. Getting the mortgage was easy.

It was my first time working with this company. My initial experience was very draining but when John Stearns stepped in things took a turn for the best. He answered all my crazy questions, he responded quickly to my emails but most importantly he provided status updates without me having to check in. Thanks to him and his team I am now a homeowner and I am very happy!!!!
