Charlene Murphy has been helping me secure an auto loan & you can’t find a more top notch person! She’s patient, thorough, kind & lets you know she’s invested in helping your loan process go as smoothly as possible. I have now refinanced two vehicles with Family Trust with the help of Holly she has made the nightmare of refinancing a super smooth process. Holly is lighting fast and her communication skills are over the top. The rate she gave me was absolutely phenomenal. I will continue to work with Holly and Family Trust for all my banking and financing needs!!!!!
Family trust are some crooks I will be changing banks ASAP also I’ve paid off two vehicles with them and they denied my auto loan with a 630 credit score I’m DONE
Holly at the York branch was phenomenal as always. She helped me and my fiancé get a joint account for our wedding with such accuracy and being complimentary and pleasant to work with. She’s always professional and nice to do business with.
