Family trust are some crooks I will be changing banks ASAP also I’ve paid off two vehicles with them and they denied my auto loan with a 630 credit score I’m DONE

Our loan officer, Bri, was phenomenal. Family Trust has helped me many times in the past with vehicle loans and debt consolidation but this past time takes the cake! We were purchasing an RV out of state that was to be plated and registered in a third completely different state. The process was so complicated and the dealership we were purchasing from were absolute jerks and refused to cooperate with Family Trust. Bri was so kind and took the time to learn the processes in each state to be able to process my loan on time. If I could give her 10 stars I would. I will always come back here.
