We're sorry to hear your experience trying to reach us by phone has not been a good one. We strive to provide everyone with friendly, quality service in a timely manner and apologize we have not meet that expectation for you. When you call our Call Center, in addition to waiting on hold, you should also be presented with an option to receive a call back rather than waiting. This option should be presented within the first few minutes and then a representative will call you back. In addition, you can also receive assistance by sending us a message using the Help Desk in online/mobile banking. We appreciate your membership with Palmetto Citizens and apologize again for any inconvenience you’ve had in trying to reach us.
