Sharonview.... A bank too pretentious to use state issued documents to open up an account. So you wait 20min for 'the man' to come out of his office while you can hear him in there on one call after another & trying desperately to escape the customer on the other end of the line each time. So I'm gonna pass. If you have this little interest in building up your clientele, I can't imagine you have any interest in keeping us.

This location is awful for customer service period. Charges $10 to replace debit card that malfunctions to no fault of my own. Worst bank I’ve ever been a customer of.

The WORST customer service. They failed to provide information at application which resulted in our cards not working in a very inconvenient situation. When I asked the long black haired young woman "that would have been useful information to have at the time of application wouldn't" it".Her response was "possibly." I asked three times and got the same snotty response "possibly". Finally I got a snide answer of "sure". Stay away. Much better options.

If you are looking for Personal Service, this is the bank for you. I LOVE Sharonview FCU!! I opened my account at the location downtown and then purchased a new home a few months later. Little did I know, there was a branch 1/4 mile from my new subdivision! I was happy with that for sure! But when I needed to go inside to do some banking, but was I pleased!! I have been inside this branch several times since and even opened a business account with them. To tell you that I'm pleased with a bank sounds ridiculous!! But i am truly happy with the impeccable Customer Service from this credit union, especially from this branch!! Thank you, Sharonview FCU Staff at Fairview & Harrison Bridge Rd!! Keep doing what you're doing!!

I have spent over a week now just to get my account closed. The communication with this Credit Union is horrible. I just want to close my account and move on to another bank; instead I have to continuously send emails to get updates. If you are looking for good communication, and someone to offer help on your account please go elsewhere.

I have banked with Sharonview for 20+ years but am seriously considering moving to another credit union. The reason? Outright lying about charges they claimed I owed from a cash advance. TWICE! Ever since they switched to a 3rd-party credit card service, it's been nothing but hell. Unfortunately, all I've run into is pass-the-buck and roadblocks. Everyone there should be ashamed of themselves. They even admitted it was their fault and promised a letter IN WRITING correcting the issue, but in the middle of that, they switched credit card companies. Regrettably, I'm paying these false charges because I'm being harassed with letters, emails and phone calls on an almost daily basis and I have an impeccable credit record / score I'm not willing to jeopardize for the amount of money in dispute. Be forewarned!

Tried getting a PIN for my card. Called one number and was told to call the other. Once calling that number I was told to go back to the first number. After pleading with someone from the first number to get me to where I needed to be, I was transfered, only to get hung up on. After going through the same thing again, I got to where I needed to be just to make me jump through MORE hoops, just to be told I couldn't get any help.
