If I could give this bank negative I would. I never had a problem with this bank I only had them for a few months and had a steady amount going in then one day my check didn't go in when I called they said my account was closed. I called customer service and they didn't do anything even when I had no one else on my account. Quit using them all together but when my taxes got filed this year they went to that account that is closed and I asked if they have received them and declined them 3 different time and no one on the phone could speak English and they didn't want to help.

Edit: Funny how I just received a check in the mail from this bank for overdraft fees. I know they took more than $108 from me, but I’m just happy they are eating the cost now and paying people back. I still wouldn’t recommend this bank to ANYONE. Especially with proof they were wrongfully taking my money. Stop staying quiet and fight these banks. It’s YOUR money! Starting to notice sketchy stuff going on with my bank account. Constantly some kind of fee coming out. I will be leaving this bank today. I would be looking into your online banking and making sure all of your transactions are correct and not processed in ways to make you lose money. This bank has more one star reviews than 2-5 stars combined… if that doesn’t tell you they are scamming, I don’t know what will.

This bank was alright when it was Suntrust. I feel sorry for the Suntrust staff that now have to work for this new company.

This is one of the worst banks, and all my 64 years of life that I have ever seen. I have never dealt with more incompetent people and they all have the attitude of “ I just don’t care about you.” my example is I called to make my personal/auto loan payment and they have applied it wrong so it is showing that I still owe them money when I paid $50 over what my monthly payment is, as I constantly do I have spent over 20 hours and 17 phone calls, trying to get this resolved, please check with the Better Business Bureau before even considering doing business with this company. Their reviews are horrid. For good reason!

Over $100 worth of overdraft fees. I've been a patron for 10 years. No refunds, would not work with me at all. I will never recommend them to anyone. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Having our business account for Lonesome Dove Campground & RV Park with BB&T, now Truist, has been more than a blessing! We have been working directly with the Branch Manager (Louisa) to achieve our business financial goals with great success! We will certainly continue to trust her and her branch with our accounts and loans. I can only suggest that others do the same. We are always welcomed and assisted quickly when we go to the branch and when we are expecting a call back, we always get it! This Branch Manager does what she says she is going to do and more! My wife and I couldn't be happier with the service! I read online that one of the reasons BB&T and SunTrust formed Truist was because of a "shared purpose - to inspire and build better lives in communities". If I had to describe the Seneca Branch, I would use those exact words! Thank You for all you do for our business! We will be moving our personal accounts over soon as well!
