I HIGHLY recommend them. Building a new home, we ran into several issues with other lenders. Our builder required certain documents and forms to be filled out, but the "big" lenders wouldn't do it until we were closer to the date of the house being built. So we were at a standstill until we talked to this lender and they helped throughout the entire process. Jeff Reeves is amazing and he helped every step of the way. We couldn't be happier and I will recommend them to anyone purchasing or building a new home!
