Knowledgeable and Friendly staff.
We have always banked at FTCU but are considering moving our accounts. No more personal service. Every time we go to the CU we have to work with a new teller, who has limited knowledge. So frustrating! Today on a Tuesday, they were not even dressed professionally- wearing jeans and males dressed sloppy with shirttails out.
I have been with Family Trust approximately 10 years now. I have been pleased with the service I have received until Tues., 9/13/22. I walked up to a teller as soon as I went into the building, made a deposit and inquired about a CD coming to term. I had to see a person in the small offices. There was only 1 young man handling those services when I began my wait at 1:34 pm. He had just taken another customer. I waited until a little after 3:00 and left. Family Trust was not busy during this time, yet not one service rep said anything to me. I would have appreciated the gentleman, who ran out of his office at least twice, to at least mention that this customer would be awhile and he would see me as soon as possible. This wait wasn't worth my time.

Made buying a car a fun process the way it should be. Such a great experience. I highly suggest miss Flott.
