After a visit to the branch on Celenese Rd. , I left feeling that Family Trust no longer valued their long term customers... As I only had a short time to complete some business, I went to the branch on Progress Way. I was so fortunate to work with Tyler Hoyles! He called for me after a 5 minute wait. Tyler answered all of my questions and never seemed inpatient with me. Tyler gave me his phone number because I had to return to complete my business and only wanted to work with him. After we met a second time, I decided that I would only bank at this branch even though it is further away from my home. Tyler is friendly, polite, knowledgeable and very helpful! He knows what customer service means!!
