What can I say.... Jed Barker is amazing! Do to starting a new business he worked with me through the two years it took per bank standards to get a loan. I wouldn't imagine anyone would work with someone and wait that long to help me buy a home, but he did. Again he is amazing, I refer him to all that I know and I will definitely use him again and again.

Jed was outstanding! We had a very complicated situation with two houses falling through because of the appraisals. Jed stayed with us and shifted the loan without hesitation. He kept us in the loop as the steps of the loan were being met and was very responsive throughout the process. Wish I could give him ten stars. Highly recommended!
