I am so glad that I was referred to Jed for my first mortgage. I took out a VA loan, which I had always heard that they were a huge pain to deal with, but he made the process incredibly smooth. He also closed on the loan so quickly! Lastly, there were times when I felt terrible needing to reach out to him for something on nights or weekends and he always responded quickly and cheerfully. The best thing I did to start my journey of finding a house was calling Jed. I was merely wanting to see what I would qualify for, which he checked for me right away, and then gave me tips on how to quickly improve my credit score and my wifes, which I did and increased it by nearly 80 points. He put me in contact with an actual real-estate agent, as I had been talking to someone that Zillow had auto-call me. But the best thing about Jed is he was always available to me for any question, sometimes when my real-estate agent wasn't.
