The person who did our taxes totally messed them up so we only got 1/2 our refund back. When communicating with her she said she would look into it. Then she stopped answering my emails. Called the office again, as they are only open 1 day a week. The lady I spoke with said, oh yeah, she said you'd be calling and to tell me that our refund was correct. I did inform her coworker that she was refusing to answer my emails after she figured out she messed them up.
