Very very great service friendly people and just all around professionally done I love them
Dropped off my paperwork and a week later it's still not complete. I never received a call to let me know what was going on even after I called in to check. The office is also dirty with paper pieces all over the floor and gross stained carpet. I've never had such a bad and unprofessional tax experience in my life. I'll continue to go to H&R Block, but I'll never use this location again.

I been for awhile they do a good job
The person who did our taxes totally messed them up so we only got 1/2 our refund back. When communicating with her she said she would look into it. Then she stopped answering my emails. Called the office again, as they are only open 1 day a week. The lady I spoke with said, oh yeah, she said you'd be calling and to tell me that our refund was correct. I did inform her coworker that she was refusing to answer my emails after she figured out she messed them up.

Fast..but a little pricey
