Always friendly and helpful and courteous. A 180 from Chase who owned the mortgage previously, and WA-A-A-A-Y better than Washington Mutual.

Olga Savelov holds many great qualities. She is a professional in every sense of the word. She was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Olga explained everything thoroughly and always called us back promptly, even after hours. This was important to us since we were a first-time home buyer. She has the ability to deal with the customers in very special way. I felt truly comfortable that she had my best interest in mind, I felt I was the part of her family. We are very happy with Olga... We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others. She stands above the rest.

Charlie Miller is professional, thorough and responsive. As first time home buyers, Charlie made sure we understood every part of the process prior to moving to the next step. He was available by text or call at any time to answer all of our questions and to provide guidance where needed. His support team, Colleen and Andrew, were pleasant to work with as well. Together, they made what can seem like a daunting process, as seamless and straight forward as possible! We had the utmost confidence that him and his team would succeed in providing us the loan. The phone system is not acceptable. No matter what, you have to listen to their ads to even get to the prompts needed to get to a live person. They do not always pick up but do call back if you choose that option. I have wasted a lot of time trying to resolve issues. They have failed to process and address change on my property and therefore failed to pay my insurance two years in a row. I had to pay it then waste hours on the phone with them. They process normal payments fine. They did not credit my payoff correctly so I had to call again about that. Ok company but typical of the poor customer servcie most large companies offer today. They do not value their customers time.
