Bruce explained the mortgage process in a way that was easy to understand. He was prompt in answering emails and phone calls. I could tell he genuinely cared and wanted what was best for us. I would highly recommend him to my friends/family.

Although I did not receive the response I'd hoped for, my first mortgage payment by check has not yet been received and posted after 10 days, the representative with whom I spoke was very knowledgeable and reassuring. I now believe that I will receive excellent service whenever I need to call. Brava!

I spoke with a representative named Muzette. Just when I was feeling pretty discouraged about being unemployed I received a call from Muzette. While it was her job to call about my account, we had a long and personal conversation about the current state of things and how my own perception and attitude can affect my life and situation. It was completely inspirational. She lifted my spirits in a way that no one has for a long time. I wish I could have her as a personal coach every day, but I will never forget our conversation and the message she imparted to me. Thank you Muzette! She also made the necessary changes to my account.
