Kelly was great throughout the entire process of buying my first home. She was very helpful & she responded super quick to any questions or concerns I had. Mrs. Schafer is very knowledgeable in her field. My wife and I are first time homebuyers and were completely unaware of the process, or the steps we had to take in order to purchase a house. Mrs. Schafer kept it simple and explained everything in a way we could understand. She was a phone call away if we had questions or concerns. The process was smooth and easy.
