We had a phenomenal experience with loan pronto thanks to Blake Currie and Kara Hines! I originally connected with Blake about a possible HELOC, then a few days later we received an offer on our house and the whole game plan changed to a new purchase loan. Blake stayed in touch daily through the sell of our home and during our search for our new home. When we found the house of our dreams and needed a quick close and they made it happen! Kara jumped in the loan process and handled everything swiftly and smoothly to ensure we could meet our closing date. Absolutely amazing team- highly recommend!!

They were very quick and thorough with providing information on the status of my loan. They responded quickly and pleasantly to any questions I had. The only issue I had was that certain inspections that I needed to get were not mentioned with the initial document check list. Because these inspections needed to be schedule with the provider this added several days to the process. If I'd known about them from the start, I could have had them done earlier.

I recently needed to refinance my home loan and chose to go back to Loan Pronto where my present loan still was. I worked with Kelsey Boole Owen, again, and she was more than helpful in securing my new loan at a great rate. Since we were now becoming "friends" (on this second time around), I honestly asked her once _ "If I were your mother, what would you recommend??" Really upset at this company, called in may,02 and got set up with agent - JAMES ADAMS, we spoke on phone and he asked for my tax returns which I emailed to him and got app setup. James told me he will reach out to me the next day with some options. I emailed him next day and he replay hours later stating they were busy and would get back to me asap and apologied via email. So i emailed him again 5/4 no answer 5/8, no answer, he ended up sending me an email on 5/9 again apologizing for delay saying he was backed up and would understand if I looked for other options for my HELOC. By the way all this times i also called with out luck to get him on the phone. Don't used this Company, today is 5/18/2023 I HAVENT heard back from James ADAMS, So thanks I DID FIND A BETTER OPTION THAT I WENT WITH. one last thing after I did my application with them I noticed an great increased on my SPAM CALLS on my cellphone.
