Worked with Blaire and Max and the process was as smooth and the payments exactly as I expected from listening to their ads on our local radio station. Communication all through the process was excellent. We were able to close remotely and had funds deposited in our account within a few days. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend for those looking into HELOC's.

I can't say enough about the awesome service I received from Blaire and Caroline at Loan Pronto. Caroline was very diligent about making sure we received the best rate possible and answered all of our questions, ensuring that we were comfortable with the loan process. Blaire was very attentive and made sure that our loan was processed in a timely manner. Both Caroline and Blaire were very kind and professional and we would definitely use Loan Pronto again the next time we purchase a home.

Caroline Medlock and Olivia Morgan helped my husband and I though a refinance. we had several hiccups along the way that were unrelated to Loan Pronto but, they tackled our issues as if we were there family. To say they went above and beyond to help us is an understatement. Aside from from our hiccups, the process was very quick and easy. I would recommend.
